When my first son was born, I had our overnight bag for the hospital packed months in advance. I was so excited and selected the most precious outfit, with matching receiving blanket and hat, for his journey home from the hospital (all 2 miles of it!). Even though my son was almost 8 pounds at birth, he looked like a peanut in this newborn outfit. I had to roll up the sleeves and legs just to get him in his infant car seat…and forget the hat…it covered his eyes, all the way down to his nose.
So imagine my excitement when my second son was born, just four weeks ago, that I had the perfect coming home outfit for him, made by New For Baby. A beautiful azure sleep gown, with matching convertible hat, it looked like a couture gown made for a model! Not only was the fit perfect, but the design too.

Layette clothing from New For Baby is itch-free, with the tag and washing instructions printed directly on the fabric. Also, the clothing is designed with foldover cuffs, to prevent baby from scratching him/herself. Last, and my husband's favorite feature, are the neckline snaps, allowing for easy dressing and undressing of the baby.
New For Baby clothing is one of those things you can't believe wasn't created sooner…of course newborns need their own special clothing…they are more special than anything in this world! Thank goodness for moms like Leigh Rubio and Lyn Huffman, co-creators of New For Baby, for making their dreams a reality.
